We are an American team of talented creatives. Our senior consultant, Tamara Ronkin, leads our company from Pompano Beach, Florida. With decades of South Florida sales and marketing leadership, Tamara's goal is to help small businesses and non-profits grow their revenue. We focus on web design, web marketing, and graphic design to help build effective customer communications and to streamline business processes.

As of 2026, our normal hourly rate is $97.75 USD per hour for businesses and $87.75 USD per hour for non-profits. Once we understand the scope of your project and your budget, we can provide a proposal for development and maintenance costs. Third party products and services (if any) are paid directly by you to those third parties.

Yes! We have a few clients comfortable with technology who choose to co-create on web design, web marketing, and social media. We offer hourly training to help interested clients become familiar with the back-end of their website, web marketing services, and social media platforms. 

It depends on the size of your project and how many other projects we've got going on. We will let you know. Sometimes, you get lucky and you're the only one in the queue. Other times, we may have a couple of other projects happening simultaneously. We never take on more than we can handle within a reasonable time. If you are asked to review work in progress, please factor your review time into the production time.

We welcome the opportunity to help you in an emergency if we can. This means putting your design or marketing request ahead of everyone else, or coming to your aid for emergency tech support. We monitor text, voicemail, and email daily. Our rush rate is 1.5 times our normal hourly rate. You will be notified if rush rates apply so you can decide how to proceed.

When we set up third party products and services, we do so in your name. Third party services are paid directly by you, usually by credit card, to those third parties. Our design and consulting fees are separate. If your account with us is paid in full, we can send you any original artwork files you need.

At the start of our relationship, we request a retainer based on the size of the first project. We immediately apply this retainer to our work and will deduct it from your first invoice. We send electronic invoices at our discretion, typically monthly, but sometimes after project milestones. These invoices are due Net 10 (within 10 days). You can pay with a Visa or Mastercard, mail us a check, or send us a Zelle through your bank. If you fail to pay an invoice, work may be slowed or stopped until you become current.

Yes! If you engage with us for recurring work,  a volume discount will be factored in. If you recommend a new paying client to Ronkin Consulting LLC, we will apply a "thank you" discount to your next invoice after they pay us. If you are a non-profit organization, you automatically receive our discounted non-profit hourly rate.
